While experience with test automation is highly valued, we’re equally interested in someone with a solid QA foundation who’s eager to expand their automation and programming skills.What You'll DoDesign and execute manual and automated test strategies for web, mobile, and desktop applications in an Agile environment.Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.Perform exploratory, sanity, smoke, regression, and integration testing; log and track defects in the defect management system.Conduct backend database testing in Microsoft SQL, validating stored procedures, jobs, and triggers.Map requirements to test cases to ensure full coverage and report test results (pass/fail).Create clear, reproducible bug reports and assist the Support team in reproducing client-reported issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and design specifications throughout the SDLC.What You HaveRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a QA AnalystExperience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated tests.Strong skills in executing manual test casesExperience in testing web, mobile, and desktop applications, including cross-browser compatibility testing and related toolsKnowledge of Quality Assurance best practicesBroad understanding of quality control and testing within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international teams.Strong attention to detailExperience with Azure DevOps is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldWhat You'll GainA full-time position with long-term growth opportunities.Competitive salary with regular performance-based reviews.Access to top-tier benefits and professional development programs.In-house IT training and industry-recognized certifications.Flexible, remote-friendly work environment.Health care expense sponsorship to support your well-being.Fitness sponsorship to help you stay active and healthy.Work with top global brands and industry-leading companies.A collaborative international team with opportunities to work abroad.Who We AreWebCreek provides world-class software development teams and technical staff augmentation to Fortune 500 companies and other global industry leaders.
