DesignRush.com, the leading B2B Marketplace that connects brands with agencies, is seeking a Social Media Expert to manage and grow our social media channels.


Our platform offers four key services:


  • Agency Rankings: We list top global agencies based on expertise, location, clients, and other criteria.
  • Awards: Agencies and brands can showcase their best work and compete for awards in web, logo, app, print, packaging, and video design.
  • Marketplace: Businesses can post projects for free and receive proposals from verified agencies.
  • Spotlight: Features interviews, trends, and news, allowing agencies and brands to showcase their achievements and gain recognition.


Role Overview:


As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for boosting our social media followers, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.


Key Goals:


  • Significantly increase social media engagement and followers.
  • Drive website traffic through various social media channels.
  • Generate qualified leads through social media efforts.

The position requires excellent English communication skills, a fast computer, and a stable internet connection.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each platform
  • Lead the organic growth of our social media channels
  • Create content calendars for organic and paid social media, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Set up, manage and optimize both organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Set up analytics and provide performance reports and insights
  • Ensure marketing goals are met and strive to improve results continuously
  • Create compelling copy and visuals for social media posts


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to create visual content for social media
  • Goal-oriented with strong strategic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English speaking and copywriting skills
  • Available to work from 5 AM to 2 PM EST
