If yes, we want you on our team.Bueno Law, a purpose-driven immigration law firm, is expanding our marketing team, and we’re looking for an exceptional video editor to enhance and elevate our content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.Your videos will play a key role in helping people find the help they need — while driving lead traffic and brand visibility.WHAT YOU’LL DOYou’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-impact videos that capture attention and keep viewers engaged.Your work will include:Editing dynamic video content such as:Explainer & educational videosClient success stories / testimonialsFAQ/Q&A contentLive consultation clips & tipsMotion graphics or animated support videosShort-form reels for Instagram/Facebook/YouTube ShortsYouTube long-form contentCore Editing ResponsibilitiesTurn raw footage into fully polished, professional contentAdd intros, outros, subtitles, lower thirds & graphic elementsAdd transitions, music, and sound design to elevate storytellingCreate engaging thumbnail conceptsEnsure all videos match brand identity, tone, and quality standardsOptimize all content for each platform (length, pacing, hooks, formatting)Take feedback with a positive mindset and implement revisions quicklyCollaborate closely with our marketing team to bring ideas to lifeWHAT YOU BRINGWe’re looking for someone who is creative, dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.Must-Have RequirementsEnglish fluencyProven experience editing videos for YouTube & social mediaA strong portfolio showcasing previous workExpert-level proficiency in editing appsStrong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual brandingAbility to meet consistent deadlines (quality + speed)Highly detail-oriented and able to notice small mistakes before publishingAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a teamWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH USCompetitive compensationFully remote work environmentQuarterly performance bonusesPaid time off + U.S. holidaysYour work will help us change the lives of thousands of immigrants in the U.S.HOW TO APPLYPlease send us via email to HR@buenolaw.netYour portfolio or links to videos you have edited (YouTube links preferred)A brief note about why you’re a great fitYour resume/ curriculum vitae Email subject line: Video Editor Application – [Your Name]
