This is a pure coding role, perfect for developers who excel at algorithmic problem-solving, system design, and have proven themselves on platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.This is a pure coding role, ideal for developers who excel at algorithmic problem-solving and system design, and have demonstrated excellence on platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize high-performance Python systems for AI and large-scale data workflows.Write modular, clean, and production-ready Python code emphasizing scalability and maintainability.Collaborate with data, infrastructure, and research engineers to deliver reliable backend components.Implement efficient algorithms and data structures for real-world performance challenges.Continuously explore and adopt modern Python tools, frameworks, and performance techniques.✅ Requirements4+ years of professional experience writing Python in production environments.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Expert-level proficiency in Python and core libraries — Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI, or similar.Proven track record on competitive coding or data challenge platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational problem-solving.Hands-on experience with system design, clean architecture, and performance optimization.Working-level proficiency in Machine Learning / Data Science concepts.🌈 Preferred QualificationsExperience with distributed systems, APIs, or large-scale data processing pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD workflows.Contributions to open-source projects or developer tooling.Comfort working in fast-paced, research-oriented environments✨ Bonus PointsRecognized performance in Kaggle, Codeforces, ICPC, or TopCoder contests.Deep curiosity for performance tuning, scalability, and elegant code design.
