TGG Accounting is growing, and we’re looking for an Accounting Manager to join our remote team.The Accounting Manager (AM) is an expert responsible for overseeing financial accounting and transaction processing. They serve as ambassadors of TGG Way™ and US GAAP accounting standards. Accounting Managers provide 100% accurate and complete financial statements to Controllers. They play a key role in training and mentoring staff (both internal and external) on internal controls, systems, and processes following the TGG Way™.Additionally, Accounting Managers act as a bridge between TGG and the client, ensuring continuous communication, implementing processes, addressing client needs, and relaying key information to other team members.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth-End Close & Core AccountingPrepare and review journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport the month-end close process following established checklistsReview P&L and balance sheet for accuracy before submission to the ControllerMaintain organized supporting documentation and workpapersFinancial ReportingPrepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Perform basic variance analysis and flag inconsistenciesEnsure consistency and accuracy across financial reports and schedulesAccounting OperationsReview AP, AR, and credit card reconciliationsSupport payroll processing and review prior to submissionMaintain and review the chart of accountsAssist with recurring weekly and monthly accounting processesTeam Support & ReviewReview work prepared by junior accountants or bookkeepersProvide guidance, feedback, and basic training as neededEnsure data accuracy and adherence to internal processesClient & Internal CollaborationCommunicate with internal team members regarding open items and deadlinesSupport client requests and questions under Controller supervisionIdentify process improvement opportunities and escalate recommendationsRequirements4+ years of accounting experienceExperience working with U.S.-based clients and exposure to U.S. GAAPStrong understanding of month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliationsProficiency in QuickBooks Online or NetSuite (preferred)Strong Excel skills (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)Fluent English (written and spoken)Accounting or Finance degreeAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.Can work US Timezone schedules (such as PST, EST)Compensation & BenefitsUSD 2,500–3,500 per month, based on experienceFully remote role with some flexibility includedPaid training in U.S. GAAP and internal processesAccess to TGG University and learning resourcesCareer development / Long-term growth opportunities within a global firmUnlimited PTO after onboarding period (holidays included)Notes:This position is to join us as Independent ContractorPayment after 90 days will be based on hours worked (can be 8 or 4 hours per day)Working Equipment to start is requiredPTO before 90 days will be taken as unpaid unless it's a holiday or sick leaveAbout TGG AccountingAt TGG Accounting, our mission is to make business owners’ lives better through excellent financial management.
