O que você precisa conhecer?

  • Planejamento de testes, preparação e execução de roteiros de acordo com as funcionalidades desenvolvidas;
  • Pirâmide de testes e estratégias específicas para sistemas de IA e ML;
  • Diferentes tipos e técnicas de testes funcionais, como análise exploratória, valor limite e particionamento de equivalência;
  • Testes não-funcionais, com foco em desempenho e segurança;
  • Testes de chatbots com IA e ML, incluindo validação de respostas, reconhecimento de intenções e análise de conversação;
  • Uso de simuladores e mocks para testes de IA;
  • Frameworks de automação de testes para chatbots;
  • Ciclo de desenvolvimento de software, desde a codificação até a produção;
  • Estratégias de teste e boas práticas, como TDD, BDD, CI/CD e Agile Testing;
  • Bancos de dados relacionais e não-relacionais, especialmente em contextos de análise de dados;
  • Identificação e levantamento de evidências por meio de análise de logs, consultas em banco de dados e avaliação de interações de chatbots;
  • Lógica de programação e conhecimento em linguagens como Python ou JavaScript;
  • Inglês a nível de conversação.
