We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to manage various accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end closing processes. The candidate will leverage NetSuite expertise to optimize workflows, prepare financial reports, and support compliance and audits. This role requires advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
About the Company:
Our client is a leader in the pet supplement and grooming industry, dedicated to delivering premium products that promote pet health and well-being. They are experiencing rapid growth and continue to expand their offerings.
Availability:
- Full-Time: 9-5 EST, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
- Lead the monthly close process
- Ensure accurate transaction categorization in NetSuite
- Prepare financial reports and support audits
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with major retailers
- Expertise in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
- English level: C1 (Professional proficiency)
