We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solution Architect to oversee the planning and execution of Cross Media Audience Measurement (CMAM) System deployments to new markets, managing integrations, customizations, planning end-to-end deployments, handling stakeholder needs and ensuring continuous standardization of the system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of the system deployment, by coordinating with the global project team, stakeholders, and end-users.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the planning and execution of system rollouts to new markets and ensure successful deployment of the solution;
  • Plan and manage customizations of the system for specific markets, including understanding the unique requirements of each market;
  • Plan and manage the full end-to-end integration and deployment process;
  • Work closely with the solution architects and product managers to plan for the individual components of the system and ensure that all components are properly integrated;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including managing their needs and expectations throughout the deployment process;
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the rollout are completed on time and to the required standards;
  • Manage communication with all stakeholders throughout the deployment process, including providing regular updates and progress reports;
  • Ensure continuous standardization of the system by maintaining a standardized architecture and ensuring that all customizations are aligned with the standard architecture;
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system deployments, customizations, and standardization processes.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Solid experience in managing deployments, customizations and system implementations;
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and resources;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Proven experience working with solution architects to plan and deploy complex systems;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience working in a global organization, with an understanding of the complexities of designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of multiple regions and countries;
  • Understanding of global regulations, particularly those related to data privacy and security, and how they impact the design and implementation of IT solutions;
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, particularly those used for global deployments, such as Microsoft Azure;
  • Excelente comunicação em inglês.
