Como será seu dia a dia como Analista de RiscosEstruturar e manter dashboards e indicadores de risco que sustentem a tomada de decisão da companhia;Desenvolver modelos preditivos e análises estatísticas para antecipar fraudes, perdas e vulnerabilidades;Implementar rotinas automatizadas de monitoramento e detecção de padrões suspeitos em grandes volumes de dados;Aplicar técnicas de IA e machine learning para aprimorar os controles e reduzir falsos positivos;Realizar análises investigativas sobre incidentes, propondo planos de ação e melhorias nos processos de prevenção;Colaborar com as áreas de Compliance, Operações, Financeiro e Tecnologia na construção de controles internos robustos;Traduzir análises complexas em insights claros e estratégicos para apoiar a diretoria e a alta gestão.RequisitosO que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso time de Riscos e Prevenção a Fraude:Graduação completa em Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, TI, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em SQL, Python e ferramentas de visualização (Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.);Experiência em ETL, manipulação de grandes bases de dados e automações;Capacidade de traduzir análises complexas em relatórios claros e objetivos;Perfil analítico, estruturado e orientado a resultados.Vai se destacar ainda mais se você tiver:Experiência em análise de riscos, prevenção à fraude ou compliance;Conhecimento em modelagem preditiva e machine learning;Familiaridade com o mercado de iGaming e apostas online.
