Job DetailsAs a valued member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in our future success by driving [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] Solution Sales. You will be instrumental in generating revenue for a specific product with the collaboration of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This position calls for a hands-on technical consultant capable of providing in-depth support during sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical expertise and guidance to the sales team regarding product sales
- Lead discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and conduct product demonstrations to align our solution with customer requirements
- Address product-related queries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
- Convey feedback to product management for enhancements that meet customer needs
- Share best practices with other Solution Consultants to improve the team's effectiveness
- Stay informed about market differentiators and competitive analysis
- Participate in marketing events like executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Residency in the specified territory is mandatory
- Several years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud software solutions
- Collaborative work experience with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
- Strong territory management abilities, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts
- Willingness to travel when required
