About the Role:
This role is responsible for overseeing the credit monitoring and billing process for assigned vendors, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. The successful candidate will collaborate with Business Unit leaders and key partners to develop strategies, drive best-in-class systems, and foster synergy across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess business needs with vendors and TD stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create, maintain, and optimize billing and cost optimization tools within an Excel environment.
- Define, deploy, manage, and optimize Sales Order Management operations to support TD across the region.
- Define, deploy, manage, and optimize Purchase Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across the region.
- Document processes and collaborate with the off-shore team to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and track KPIs/SLAs to measure performance and drive improvement.
- Ensure billing accuracy and execution, maintaining strong communication with vendors and TD stakeholders.
- Monitor consumption patterns and suggest purchases to optimize profit.
- Interact with the outsourced Order-to-Cash team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of E-commerce principles.
- Strong numerical and statistics knowledge.
- Advanced MSFT Excel skills and experience.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in an international, results-driven project organization.
- Able to work effectively under stress and pressure, as well as in a multitasking environment.
- Understanding of the IT Software / Services / SaaS industry is a plus.
- Project experience in Software Licensing and Cloud management sales tools is a plus.
- IT Channel experience, preferably in distributors or Software vendors, is a plus.
- Engineering, Economy, or Business degree is desirable.
