As an Industrial Quality Engineer you'll be responsible for to strengthen the practice of to do it right the first time, support and monitor industrial quality indicators (KPIs), focusing on the customer first.

What you'll do
- Define, evaluate quality competencies and coordinate the activities of analysts, inspectors and inspection assistants who work in the industrial quality sector (support on shop floor) and incoming inspection.
- Define, when necessary, and monitor industrial quality performance indicators, in accordance with the global BBSC and also local needs, in line with goals and take appropriate actions.
- Work, together with a multifunctional team, in the search for culture and zero defect actions, or, doing it right the first time, through the use of tools, such as FMEA, DfM, etc.
- Work systematically to solve problems, using appropriate tools, such as 8D, 4C.
- Actively participate in meetings with quality managers responsible for the Digital Solutions business units.
- Support the integrated management system: Quality, Environment and Health & Safety.
- Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering.
- Green Belt and Six Sigma certified.
- ISO9001 internal audit experience.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Advanced English is MANDATORY (speaking and writing).
- Leadership experience.
*This is an on-site position.
