What You'll Do

  • As an IT Architect, you will work alongside a bold, energetic, and collaborative team.
  • You will evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, define technology strategies, architecture solutions and help us design the future.
  • You will develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily.
  • You will develop together with our clients, superior digital and technology concepts and architecture solutions.
  • Support technical implementations and apply your technical know-how, your understanding of business contexts, your analytical and conceptual skills to help our clients with the most complex business problems.

What You'll Bring

  • University degree with above average academic performance in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or Information Technology.
  • 03-06 years' experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting.
  • Experience from consulting firm (focused on technology, digital initiatives) in IT organization and process development.
  • Overview of common development methods and tools DevOps practices and Continuous Improvement.
  • Ability to articulate trade-offs and drive high-impact technology decisions on topics including (but not limited to) IaaS/PaaS providers, container orchestration, service mesh, API gateways, and commercial vs. open source software.
  • Approaches to managing Architectural debt, Architecture governance and evolution in practice.
  • Micro services topologies, including operational concerns such as resiliency, observability, discovery and routing, security etc.
  • Have experience with, and understand how to lead, legacy integration and remediation (facades, strangler approaches, et. al.)
  • Deep understanding of different integration patterns and best practices such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous.
  • Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
