About the Role:

As the Coordinator - Sales Support, you will support our Global Sales team by providing full administrative support, including submission of sales orders and recording updates on the CRM system. You will also learn the sales process and our diverse, market-leading products. You will report to the Executive Director of Sales and Business Development for Latin America. You can be based in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paolo.

You Will:

  • Support Field Sales with the contract administration process; including, but not limited to creating new contracts for new customers and amending or correcting existing contracts – ensuring that all data is correctly input into the relevant CRM system and processed completely through to final billing stage
  • Validate inbound leads by phone, chat line or email and assign the lead to the appropriate sales rep based on lead validation guidance
  • Work closely with Sales Reps, order management team, billing, etc. to ensure sales are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner
  • Coordinate between the sales rep and corporate legal in situations where legal input is required
  • Work on process improvements to existing sales support processes

You Have:

  • Experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar function
  • Knowledge of and interest in energy commodity markets
  • English fluency (mandatory)
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of NetSuite system (preferred)
  • Spanish fluency (preferred)
