Job Description
O Head de Supply Chain e Operações trabalhará em conjunto com o Country Manager na América Latina para ajudar a expandir sua presença comercial na região. O papel envolve o desenvolvimento e a execução da presença regional para alcançar seus objetivos comerciais em 2024 e além.
Entre as responsabilidades desta posição estão a operacionalização concreta dos planos de escala, incluindo a coordenação das operações de manufactura por meio de parceiros, gestão dos processos de importação e dos provedores de logística terceirizados, e suporte à aplicação comercial do portfólio de insumos agrícolas. A cooperação com a equipe global para desenvolver esta estratégia e construir frameworks para o lançamento de produtos é fundamental.
Responsabilidades:
Qualificações (Obrigatórias):
Grande capacidade de negócios com entendimento comprovado das aplicações técnicas do modelo de negóciosBacharelado em Engenharia, Engenharia Química, Ciência dos Materiais ou área relacionada10+ anos de experiência em gestão/planejamento logístico e de manufatura relacionados a embalagens ou bens de consumo de alta rotatividade (FMCG)10+ anos de experiência trabalhando com ou desenvolvendo produtos compostos de polímeros, compósitos ou materiais similaresExperiência em escalar produção para escala comercial e gerenciar parceiros de manufatura e logística terceirizadosQualificações (Desejáveis):Experiência na produção de agroquímicos e/ou fertilizantesExperiência no uso de sistemas ERP (por exemplo, Netsuite)Experiência em sintetizar informações em apresentações para uma variedade de stakeholdersRelacionamentos estabelecidos com stakeholders-chave nos setores de manufatura e agronegócio no Brasil What's on Offer
