Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Implementation: Design and launch patient support programs tailored to the unique needs of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) patients, ensuring comprehensive and impactful support for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Digital Strategy Management: Develop and implement a cohesive digital strategy for the brand's PAH patient support programs, including website management, social media presence, and digital communication channels.
- Patient Journey Management: Coordinate seamless patient experiences, from onboarding to adherence support, with a focus on addressing the challenges faced by PAH patients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align program objectives and strategies, especially within the PAH therapeutic area, to enhance patient access and support.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor program performance, analyze data to identify improvement areas, and report outcomes to leadership to influence patient support strategies.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all programs comply with regulations and company policies, implementing quality assurance measures for high standards of service delivery.
- Patient and Health Care Professonal Education: Develop educational materials and initiatives for PAH patients and healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of the disease and treatment options.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and contractual compliance.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets for efficient allocation of resources to achieve patient support goals.
- Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate patient support services, leveraging new technologies, particularly in the rare disease and PAH space.
Main requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to communicate in both English and Portuguese;
- Solid experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) management or Patient Services within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience managing digital strategy development and execution is preferred;
- Experience in managing Patient Support Programs for rare diseases will be considered a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and strategy, including website management, social media, and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
