RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Consulting Americas Region Project Manager to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Marine Consulting Division.

Mission

The Marine Consulting Americas Region Project Manager will oversee offshore projects for surveyors, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines. This role involves project management, conducting surveys, and reporting.

Job Responsabilities
  • Manage offshore projects for surveyors within the Americas region.
  • Conduct surveys and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering consultants to develop and execute projects.
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a shipping company, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of classification services and maritime regulations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
