Responsibilities:

· Senior Public Cloud engineer position.

· Work with cloud developers and architects to define and evaluate cloud-based solutions according to best practices and within the pillars of a well-architected framework.

· Provide infrastructure expertise to define solutions and standards which will improve client experience, end to end delivery times and platform stability/scalability.

· Work with key stakeholders to develop, document and maintain a library of functional cloud components.

Must-have skills:

· 3+ years' experience in architecting, designing, developing and implementing cloud infrastructure in a large IT infrastructure organization.

· 2+ years' hands-on experience building infrastructure using Terraform Enterprise (TFE).

· Strong understanding and experience in several of the following areas: Database architecture, containers, cloud storage, scripting and automation, capacity management, disaster recovery plans, cost optimization.

· Excellent documentation skills. Must have proven experience creating architecture-level documents for a technical audience, as well as architecture overviews for technical executives.

· 5+ years' experience working in a large IT infrastructure organization.

You will be part of the Public Cloud Solution Design team.

The team is made of highly qualified Cloud Engineers who work together to define, create and maintain Cloud Standards and Best Practices in a collaborative environment working alongside Architecture, Security and Network teams.
