We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and result-oriented Intern to join the Life & Health LatAm Sales Operations team at Reinsurance in São Paulo.

About the Role:

In this position, you will assist the Swiss Re's L&H Sales Operations Team in handling the Life and Health Business Portfolio of Latin America markets.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Sales Operations in non-client facing activities such as day-to-day administration of client management tasks, contracts, and correspondence records management
  • Preparing presentations and reports as required

About the Team:

The Sales Operations team focuses on processing treaty submissions for the Latin American Life & Health Treaty team and acts as the primary contact for our client's administrative requirements.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with an analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships in a diverse environment.

Must Have:

  • Enrolled in College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, or related fields with an expected graduation in 2026
  • Advanced proficiency in English and intermediate knowledge of Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of (re)insurance concepts
