Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our users.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Provide exceptional support through the Service Desk addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilize Service Now to track manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions and improve overall service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for incident management processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
- Implement best practices for incident management and service desk operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Incident Management demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Have a proven track record of providing excellent support through a Service Desk environment.
- Be proficient in using Service Now for incident and service request management.
- Demonstrate expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows-based systems.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Certifications Required
- ITIL Foundation Service Now Certified System Administrator Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals
