What you will do

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll drive Financial Analytics and Insights to support Planning and Reporting activities. Your role demands a creative approach, effective communication, and an adaptable mindset to manage operations efficiently. This position is based in São Paulo.

Our aim is to maximize business value through FP&A by blending business understanding with future-focused analysis to provide actionable insights that steer our organization towards a brighter future.

A stint in the FP&A team will equip you with essential skills for a leadership role in finance at Kenvue, including problem-solving, change management, data analytics proficiency, smart data handling, quick decision-making abilities, and exposure to senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance FP&A processes by eliminating non-value-added tasks, enhancing efficiency, and leveraging tools and data to create value.
  • Identify opportunities for automating and streamlining financial processes using Alteryx and Python.
  • Support the setup and upkeep of data architecture solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Establish Data Flows in platforms like Snowflake/Azure to process, transform, and refine data for analysis.
  • Create advanced Power BI reports and dashboards integrating data from Data Flows.
  • Implement row-level security in Power BI reports to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of a Data Warehouse.
  • Contribute to the deployment of Predictive Models.
  • Develop sophisticated analytic tools to facilitate a self-service approach to work.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum completion of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior experience in FP&A.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to identify, suggest, and implement process enhancements.
  • Proficiency in English (presentations, listening, and written communication).

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence Tools, and Data Warehousing (Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
  • Experience in steering strategic initiatives and leveraging technology for automated reporting and analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable (presentations, listening, and written communication).
