Job Description

The Team

Join the Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow, where we collaborate with clients to help them achieve their business objectives through expert services and customer success programs. Our mission is to expedite clients' adoption of the ServiceNow platform, enabling them to unlock value quickly, minimize costs, and mitigate risks.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Conduct process workshops with key customer stakeholders to define, improve, and analyze current and future processes
  • Create essential documentation such as workshop agendas, presentations, and process flow diagrams
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and propose solutions with detailed insights on benefits, drawbacks, and risks
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives through metrics, KPIs, and role accountabilities
  • Communicate Security process and business requirements to the implementation team to ensure solutions meet customer expectations...

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Thorough knowledge of Networking and Security technologies
  • Familiarity with various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies
  • Participation in industry collectives and contributions to the security community
  • Experience in security frameworks like NIST 800-61, ISO27035, and others
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing best practice Security processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with expertise in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership in problem-solving
  • Experience in delivering Capability Assessments in a Shared Services environment
  • Passion for process analysis and improvement
  • BPM training/certification is a plus
  • Background in consulting is highly desired
