Marketing Automation Developer

BRP is looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Developer to join its dynamic and growing Digital Customer Marketing Automation Team. As a Marketing Automation Developer you will be able to demonstrate your talents and enjoy working on a variety of digital projects (Web, eCommerce and Mobile Apps) in a fast paced and agile environment..

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Implement new features as per business requirements
• Be the technical reference point for business stakeholders
• Participate in the development and maintenance of any interface with other systems related to the digital platforms (AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Magento, SAP)
• Other duties as assigned

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

The successful candidate will have the following:

• 3+ years practical experience with Adobe Campaign
• Excellent knowledge of front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MariaDB and MongoDB
• Nice to have or experience with: Tealium, acquisition tools (limelight, Digioh (or other tech for forms), address enrichment or normalization
• Experience with creating, consuming and designing APIs (GraphQL)
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong organization, planning, coordination and scheduling
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Should be a team player who works with a sense of urgency towards timelines
• Adaptable and flexible, takes ownership, is transparent and proactive
• Customer service focus and relationship management skills
• Demonstrate an aptitude for leadership with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Post-Secondary school education in Computer Science
