Esse profissional terá as seguintes atribuições:
Responsável por prever as vendas unitárias para os orçamentos corporativos, previsões e planos estratégicos;Também responsável pelo desenvolvimento do plano e previsões do atacado para apoiar o orçamento e as previsões de vendas unitárias;Trabalhar com todos os stakeholders internos para melhorar continuamente o processo;Responsável por prever as necessidades de fornecimento para apoiar o programa de treinamento da empresa,em todas as frentes que ela atua;Garantir o desenvolvimento contínuo das pessoas e que toda a equipe esteja bem treinada nos processos de negócios;Garantir que os produtos sejam produzidos para apoiar as metas de vendas e que após a produção, todas as outras etapas sejam conduzidas de forma a atingir a meta e budget;Desenvolvimento de um sistema robusto para alocação, previsão e planejamento suportando as áreas relacionadas. Perfil desejávelBuscamos um profissional que:
Tenha experiência com a área relacionada acima;Experiência em trabalhar em planejamento de vendas e operações, planejamento, logística, vendas, desenvolvimento de negócios, operações ou áreas relacionadas;Deve estar bem acostumado com técnicas de análise de vendas e ter gerenciado projetos de desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação;Deve ter habilidades excelentes de comunicação verbal, escrita e de apresentação, juntamente com a capacidade de desenvolver um relacionamento de trabalho eficaz com todos os níveis da organização;Fortes habilidades de liderança e interpessoais.Inglês fluente é essencial.
