  • Provide support to leaders in each area in unfolding strategic planning into actions, activities, indicators and their expected results;
  • ​​​​Carry out mapping and analysis of the company's processes, interacting with areas in the preparation of process flowcharts and definition of procedures and activities in accordance with legal requirements and company certifications;
  • Periodically analyze the results of internal audits to support the definition of improvement opportunities for the Integrated Management System and the next planning of internal audits;
  • Monitor external audits in all areas of the company, identifying processes and possible non-conformities, seeking to promote continuous improvements;
  • Prepare, review and provide support in the development of policies, internal standards, work instructions and other management system documents.
