Commissioning Manager

Join our operations team as a Commissioning Manager and be at the forefront of delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining critical facilities infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.

About the Role

The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing commissioning plans for large-scale greenfield data centers and retrofitting live data centers. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules for multi-facility projects
  • Communicate effectively with business operations, construction managers, and external general contractors
  • Liaise with internal construction managers and external general contractors for planning and executing commissioning activities
  • Maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklists, and other tools to track commissioning projects
  • Track and update project budgets for all commissioning activities
  • Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing
  • Support senior management in customer interactions and act as a point of contact when management is unavailable
  • Follow all commissioning processes and meet schedules and due dates based on specific customer contract requirements
  • Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports, and provide project-based feedback to Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment vendors
  • Track the progress of external resources and schedule and run commissioning meetings

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data center commissioning is preferred
  • Leadership experience in a mission-critical environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Advanced English is a must
