NOC Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Manage a multi service post sales support team 24*7 operation, ensuring high quality service delivery, service devolpment & meeting expectations from Internal areas, Vendors, Partners and End Customers. Manage staff service delivery, coordinating staff training, time allocation while guaranteeing each asset career development and economical retention.

• Manage a multi service post sales support team 24*7 operation. Allocate staff in a 24*7 shift.
• Coordinate asset trainings and preparation.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Strive for a high quality service delivery based on case review and Customer Satisfaction Surveys feedback.
• Participate in vendor MSP development programs.
• Develop agnostic support service programs.
• Participate in joint strategies with lateral areas (Service Delivery, Presales, Traning).
• Internal and external service portfolio promotion.

• >3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
• Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
• Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
• Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level.
