Job Description Summary

The Lead Financial Analyst will drive global contractual entitlement for billings on engine product line Customized Service Agreements (CSA) by partnering closely with the airline customers, JV partners and GE operations team. The candidate will manage global portfolio of contracts and manage the Global CSA billing process. GExn CSAs account for $1.7B/year of billings and cash. The candidate will work closely with the Services Executive Leader for the engine product line and will also be involved in various LEAN and Process improvement initiatives. This candidate will also oversee the Global Escalation process for our yearly updates across all PLs and work with DT to improve our TAT and automation efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive and own billing entitlement (timeliness, accuracy) on GEnx portfolio by partnering closely with the Customer Program Manager (CPM)
  • Execute on contractual entitlement for Popular, Restored, Min EFH and Supplemental T&Cs of the contract
  • Owner of all CSA yearly escalation process as well as focus on continuous improvement in this space
  • Perform analytics on how customer flying behavior and operating parameters is leading to change in billings by product line by region
  • Lead Lean projects around CSA billing space and continue to drive continuous improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Long experience in Finance
  • Previous project management of team projects
