Regional Process Specialist to be in
Guarulhos/SP .


Purpose:

The Process Specialist will lead the adequate development and execution of required processes and projects related to new products' introduction, raw data extraction, data analysis, metrics, also collaborate within local and global franchises, support on new service offering for new product releases.

Review potential process changes for their effect on product performance.

Plans and conducts activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives.

Oriented to problem-solving and decision-making tools. Will work in an inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for:

1) Capability and expertise to work with reports and to develop dashboards and metrics,
preferably on Power BI or similar platforms.
2) Collaborate with management within the operations and commercial departments of company.
3) Represents LATAM among franchises replicating global initiatives into the region and replicating global dashboards related to Services.
4) To build relevant information that allows to prepare and lead CAPEX planning for budget and execution.
5) Ensure complete installed base is updated for LATAM

6) Process oriented in terms of the lifecycle of the products, from NPI service readiness, roadmap implantation (regional strategy for certification, tools capabilities, codes creation, spare parts security inventory, ensure adequate technical training until End-of-Life process).

7) Responsible for the accurate receival and distribution of Technical bulletins.
8) Supports the required process for new devices warranties.
9) Participates in the preparation of technical service plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans.
10) Actively participates on special projects and/or assignments.
