Electrical Engineer Intern

Seeking a talented individual to provide technical support to the electrical engineering team, focusing on grid code compliance and electrical modeling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing grid codes and standards for countries in Latin America.
  • Assess the compliance of our wind turbine generators (WTGs) against these standards.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement or modifications to ensure compliance.

**Electrical Modeling:**

  • Participate in discussions and projects related to electrical models in simulation software.
  • Assist in the development and validation of electrical models for WTGs and grid components.
  • Participate in the analysis of simulation results to assess system performance and identify potential issues.

**Technical Support:**

  • Provide general technical support to the engineering team as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
  • Learn and apply engineering principles and practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Pursuing a degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems and power generation principles.
  • Basic proficiency in Python or MATLAB programming languages.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Intermediary level of English (Mandatory).
  • Intermediary level of Spanish (Desirable).
