Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and datadriven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and a passion for maximizing results using AIdriven technology. This role is essential to creating hyperpersonalized efficient and impactful email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use AI tools to optimize email campaign efficiency personalization and segmentation.
  • Develop execute and refine email marketing strategies aligned with Get ORMs goals.
  • Create compelling structured email newsletters tailored to different audience segments.
  • Perform AIdriven A/B testing for subject lines content and calls to action.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Automate email sequences using AIdriven platforms.
  • Collaborate with content design and marketing teams for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g. GDPR CANSPAM).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in email marketing with success using AI tools for optimization.
  • Familiarity with AIpowered and traditional email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Klaviyo).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
