Estamos buscando um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Software Sênior para atuar em projetos de integração entre aplicações e contribuindo para evolução e manutenção de sistemas da companhia. A pessoa ideal é colaborativa, orientada a resultados e capaz de trabalhar em equipes multidisciplinares, contribuindo ativamente para decisões técnicas e boas práticas de engenharia.ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver e manter serviços, aplicações e integrações utilizando Python. Conhecimento em PHP para possíveis customizações pontuais em uma plataforma MDM de mercado.Produzir e consumir mensagens via Apache Kafka, garantindo integridade dos dados, escalabilidade e observabilidade do fluxo.Participar ativamente das discussões arquiteturais e decisões de design de sistemas.Colaborar com times de produto, arquitetura, data e infraestrutura, fomentando um ambiente de trabalho em equipe, comunicação clara e alinhamento constante.Implementar boas práticas de CI/CD, testes automatizados e observabilidade (logs, métricas e alertas).Apoiar revisões de código, mentorias e disseminação de padrões de engenharia.RequisitosExperiência sólida (5+ anos) em desenvolvimento de software backend.Domínio em Python e conhecimento em PHP (frameworks modernos como Django, Flask, Laravel ou Symfony são diferenciais).Experiência com arquiteturas distribuídas, microsserviços e mensageria.Experiência prática com Apache Kafka (produção, consumo, particionamento, schemas).Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL.Git, pipelines de CI/CD e metodologias ágeis.DiferenciaisExperiência em Master Data Management (MDM), governança de dados e padronização de entidades corporativas.Conhecimento em modelagem orientada a domínio (DDD).Experiência com ambientes cloud (GCP, AWS).Conhecimento sobre monitoramento (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc).Soft Skills EsperadasForte capacidade de trabalho em equipe, comunicação clara e colaboração entre áreas.Visão sistêmica e cuidado com arquitetura, legibilidade e manutenibilidade.Proatividade para sugerir melhorias e resolver problemas complexos.
