The HRBP will also support the National HR Manager in identifying and executing initiatives, strategically enabling business performance through our HR Value chain (Select, Manage, Develop, Grow & Reward). This role serves as a model in terms of seniority, maturity level, leadership, and strategic mindset for the other local HR functions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
