Skills Mandatory


  • Hands-on experience in ITOM, CMDB data schema and mapping, ITAM ServiceNow.
  • 5-6 years in Technical Solution Design in ITOM, CMDB data integrations and end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience in using flow designer to configure automation use case using integration hub spokes.
  • Experience in enabling and configuring Service Graph and other methods to integrate.
  • Experience in creating API with scripting
  • Advanced English
