Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to address performance, observability, and workflow needs. Improve platform scalability, reliability, and monitoring capabilities. Lead role: provide technical leadership, set direction, and support engineers within the team.Core Skills: Observability: Grafana Infrastructure as Code: Terraform Workflow orchestration: Temporal Programming: Must-have: Java, Scala / Nice-to-have: Golang (at least willingness to learn is a must)Additional Nice-to-Haves: Kafka ElasticSearchCandidate Profile Strong platform expertise (not application devs).
