Webflow Developer

About you

You are someone who thrives in building scalable, high-impact solutions and who seeks to influence not just technology but also the direction of the product. You’re looking for a company where innovation and ownership go hand in hand, and where your contributions directly shape outcomes.

You bring to the team the following competencies:

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development.
• Advanced JavaScript skills focused on accessibility and DOM manipulation.
• Deep understanding of HTML / CSS
• Experience with zapier is a plus but not 100% required.
• Skilled in building reusable, accessible components and integrating CMS in Webflow.
• Comfortable translating Figma designs into reusable, compliant Webflow components.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach.
• Fluent English communication skills, working closely with US-based teams.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Apply JavaScript and DOM customizations to resolve accessibility issues.
• Handle ad-hoc tickets from the marketing team, including Website copy updates and Implementing new page layouts based on provided design.
• Build and modify Webflow pages using the Webflow CMS.
• Collaborate with our in-house design team to implement responsive and accessible designs.
• Implement interactive elements (e.g., lightboxes, sliders, animations) using JavaScript when necessary.
• Occasionally support email template creation/testing using tools like Customer.io (prior experience not required).
