We re powered by our people a global, diverse, multi-generational talent - representing 161 nationalities whose unique spark, perspective and boundless passion drive our culture of proactive value creation and problem-solving.To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visitYour role and responsibilities:Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness) Mentor and train team members Handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities Define and enforce operational processes Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation supportTechnical Expertise:SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks) High Availability setup (Unix/Windows) SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues Kickstart environment setup and maintenance End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients SAP version and EHP upgrades Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM) Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin Advanced EnglishSoft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio) Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability Ability to manage unforeseen situations and drive valueAdditional Experience:Production systems and data center operations Server migration, patching, and upgrade experienceCertifications Preferred:SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, OS/DB MigrationPlease submit resumé in English.Why choose us?We are one of the largest and fastest growing technology companies in the world, with offices in over 60 countries and 224,000 employees Our company is extremely diverse with 165 nationalities represented We offer the opportunity to work with colleagues from all over the world We offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting a good integration between your work and personal life, with real flexibility We are committed to your growth, offering learning and career development opportunities at all levels to help you find your unique brilliance.
