We are looking for a person to lead the strategic development of CMDB solutions within the Service Now platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for CMDB, aligned with organizational goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance CMDB and its integrations;
- Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM);
- Use Service Graph to visualize and manage service dependencies and configurations;
- Oversee the Discovery process to ensure accurate and up-to-date data;
- Analyze CMDB performance metrics and propose improvements;
- Stay updated ontrends and advancements in CMDB technologies and methodologies;
- Act with defined indicators and deadlines.
Requirements:
We expect you to have:
- Advanced knowledge in CMDB with focus on Service Now;
- Strong understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM);
- Knowledge of Service Graph and Discovery tools;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams;
- Organization tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.
It will be considered a plus if you have:
- Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM);
- Knowledge in ITOperations Management;
- Relevant certifications in Service Now or CMDB-related areas.
