Sobre o Projeto:
A oportunidade é para atuar em um projeto estratégico de modernização de sistemas legados , com foco em reestruturação arquitetural, definição de padrões backend e implementação de práticas modernas orientadas a eventos em ambiente GCP .
Responsabilidades:
Definir e evoluir os padrões de arquitetura backend , garantindo escalabilidade, performance e manutenção dos sistemas.
Revisar código e realizar mentoria técnica com os desenvolvedores das equipes envolvidas no projeto.
Assegurar a aplicação de boas práticas de CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) e CDC (Change Data Capture) .
Apoiar a integração dos sistemas com o Integration Hub , promovendo comunicação eficiente entre serviços.
Ser referência técnica para múltiplas squads, conduzindo decisões de arquitetura e padronização de desenvolvimento.
Colaborar com a equipe de engenharia para promover uma cultura de qualidade e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
Requisitos Técnicos:
Domínio em NestJS e Node.js .
Experiência com arquitetura orientada a eventos .
Vivência sólida em Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , incluindo Pub/Sub, Spanner e Firestore .
Experiência com projetos de modernização de sistemas legados .
Forte atuação em liderança técnica , com capacidade de orientar e elevar o nível técnico das equipes.
Desejável:
Experiência anterior como Tech Lead ou Arquiteto de Soluções Backend .
Atuação como referência técnica para múltiplas equipes em ambientes complexos.
Conhecimento em CI/CD , testes automatizados e práticas de observabilidade.
