ATENÇÃOPara essa vaga, o modelo de trabalho é híbrido, sendo presencial três vezes por semana em nosso escritório em Barueri/SP - por isso, o profissional precisa residir em São Paulo ou região de fácil deslocamento.Funções que serão desempenhadas:Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, reunir-se com eles, qualificar e propor soluções para as necessidades dos clientes;Gerenciar a força de vendas, apoiar e exigir o cumprimento das metas e dos objetivos propostos para cumprir o orçamento;Estabelecer relações com todas as áreas da empresa (suporte de vendas) a fim de oferecer uma solução única e eficaz para as necessidades dos clientes;Buscar e implementar novos canais de distribuição que garantam os objetivos de receita e melhorem a satisfação do cliente;Identificar, recrutar, desenvolver e manter uma equipe de profissionais de alto desempenho.Requisitos/conhecimentos necessários:Sólido conhecimento em processo de vendas;Experiência em bureau de crédito (diferencial);Experiência em planejamento comercial, estruturação e segmentação de carteira;Experiência em gestão de pessoas;Inglês avançado/fluente.Benefícios:Oferecemos benefícios abrangentes, como Participação nos Resultados, Benefícios Flexíveis (VR, VA, Plano de Saúde e Odontológico), Seguro de Vida, Gympass e Day-off no aniversário.
