Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to lead critical operations and drive efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate will excel in a multifaceted role overseeing system architecture operational processes digital marketing strategies and capital projects to ensure streamlined highquality performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Architecture: Develop and oversee technology systems that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage digital marketing initiatives including collaborating with external vendors and tracking success through analytics.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement streamlined processes in areas like sales business operations and equipment maintenance. Document these processes to create a comprehensive Company Playbook.
  • Capital Projects: Oversee strategic investments in capital projects such as managing rental equipment and vehicle fleet operations.
  • Reporting: Produce consistent datadriven reports for the leadership team fostering a culture of informed decisionmaking.
