Job Title: Paid Acquisition Specialist Company: Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency supporting DTC e-commerce brands across beauty, fashion, food, and pet industries. They are seeking a skilled Paid Acquisition Specialist to build, optimize, and scale full-funnel acquisition systems across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Work Schedule: 15-20 hours/week. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing at a systems level—not just platform execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, CRO, and retention teams to deliver profitable, integrated acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of client growth. Key Responsibilities Acquisition Systems & Funnel Optimization Build and manage full-funnel paid acquisition strategies for multiple DTC brands. Audit and rebuild funnels to improve CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV-based payback windows. Diagnose scaling issues and implement solutions that address root-cause problems. Coordinate closely with CRO to reduce friction in landing pages and improve CVR. Campaign Management Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Own audience strategy, testing frameworks, attribution models, and budget allocation. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and iterate on high-converting angles, hooks, and formats. Produce insights that push creative direction and accelerate performance. Cross-Channel Alignment Work with retention teams to ensure acquisition aligns with lifecycle metrics and profitability. Integrate insights from creative, CRO, and analytics to strengthen message-market fit. Contribute to unified growth strategies across all channels. Affiliate & Non-Paid Testing Explore and manage affiliate partnerships, creator programs, and non-paid acquisition channels where relevant. Build complementary acquisition pathways beyond paid performance. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Document all experiments, learnings, wins, and failures using internal templates. Provide clear reporting focused on revenue-impacting metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV). Suggest improvements to maintain system scalability and performance consistency.
