O profissional fará parte da diretoria financeira, respondendo ao gerente da área de finanças estruturadas. Ajudará a definir a estratégia de financiamento, e auxiliará com toda a organização dos processos de  estruturação de novas dívidas, desde a modelagem financeira até a análise dos documentos dos financiamentos. Também  acompanhará todos os desdobramentos das dívidas vigentes, para garantir o  cumprimento de todas as obrigações. Interagir com agente fiduciário, debenturistas e bancos para esclarecimentos recorrentes e cumprimento de obrigações do contratoElaborar e analisar os cálculos dos covenants financeiros de todos os contratos de dívidasAuxiliar nos processos de captação de recurso com a organização dos processos competitivos, análise da documentação da operação e execução do processosElaborar modelagem econômico-financeira dos projetos para definição de novos financiamentos e acompanhamento dos modelos vigentesAcompanhar e analisar o fluxo de caixa das empresas do Grupo com financiamentos contratadosElaborar a projeção atualizada de juros e amortizações dos financiamentos e auxiliar a Contabilidade com as informações necessárias para o fechamentoAcompanhamento dos saldos e preenchimento das contas reservas e dos pagamentos mensais de juros das dívidasPreparação dos pedidos de anuência dos financiamentos vigentesImplementar controle para acompanhamento de todas as obrigações não-financeiras dos contratos de financiamentos vigentes (BNDES, debêntures, BNB) Requisitos:Experiência prévia em gestão de dívidas e financiamentos corporativos ou de projetosVivência em relacionamento com bancos e instituições financeiras, com capacidade de negociaçãoConhecimento em contratos de financiamento, debêntures, BNDES e bancos de fomentoExcel avançadoDomínio de modelagem financeira Diferencial:Vir do segmento de energia.BenefíciosVR;VT;Assistência médica Bradesco;Assistência odontológica;Previdência privada;Wellhub;Estacionamento;PLR.
