Estamos buscando um(a) Engenheiro(a) de IA Generativa (Generative AI Engineer) para ser uma peça-chave no desenvolvimento e evolução da nossa plataforma de Agentic AI . Na Bren, não construímos chatbots genéricos. Nosso produto é uma plataforma avançada de múltiplos agentes (vendas, suporte, insights) que orquestra conversas de alta performance no WhatsApp. Você será responsável por projetar, construir e otimizar os "cérebros" por trás dessas interações, transformando dados brutos de conversas em vendas reais e experiências hiper-personalizadas. Sobre a Bren A Bren é uma startup inovadora que transforma conversas em vendas, se comunicando com os clientes através do WhatsApp, 24 horas por dia. Acreditamos que equipes de vendas são essenciais para o crescimento de uma empresa, e por isso criamos soluções de automação e comunicação que aumentam a produtividade e tornam os processos mais eficientes. Nossa plataforma oferece funcionalidades como agendamento de reuniões, campanhas inteligentes, follow-up automatizado e muito mais, sempre com a voz da marca e com a inteligência da IA. Responsabilidades Sua missão será evoluir a inteligência central da nossa plataforma: Desenvolver a Arquitetura Multi-Agente: Projetar, implementar e otimizar os agentes de IA (vendas, suporte, insights) e a "camada de inteligência unificada" que os orquestra. Otimizar a Tomada de Decisão: Desenvolver a lógica que permite aos agentes interagir com sistemas de terceiros (ex: gateways de pagamento, calendários, CRMs) para executar tarefas complexas, como um "Frictionless Shopping Journey" dentro do WhatsApp. Pesquisa e Inovação: Manter-se na vanguarda das técnicas de IA Generativa, testando e implementando novas arquiteturas de agentes, modelos e frameworks para garantir a liderança tecnológica da Bren. Colaboração: Trabalhar em conjunto com o time técnico (backend, frontend, e arquitetura) para integrar as capacidades de IA de forma escalável e segura na nossa infraestrutura (FastAPI + GCP). Stack de IA e Ferramentas Linguagem Principal: Python Frameworks de IA: LangChain, LlamaIndex, ou similares Modelos: Experiência prática com APIs de LLMs e/ou modelos open-source Bancos de Dados: Experiência com Bancos Vetoriais (Vector Databases) (ex: Pinecone, Chroma, PGVector) e SQL Backend & Infra: FastAPI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Perfil Ideal Experiência Central: Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento e produção de sistemas de IA Generativa, especialmente com arquiteturas de agentes (Agentic AI) . Conhecimento Técnico: Proficiência em Python e frameworks como LangChain (ou similares). Domínio de RAG: Profundo conhecimento de técnicas de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , embeddings e o uso de Vector Databases . Visão de Produto: Capacidade de traduzir desafios de negócios complexos (como vendas conversacionais) em soluções de IA robustas e escaláveis. Infraestrutura: Familiaridade com Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (ou AWS/Azure), especialmente serviços relacionados a AI/ML. Engenharia de Software: Experiência com desenvolvimento de APIs (idealmente FastAPI ) e boas práticas de engenharia para colocar modelos em produção. Diferenciais: Experiência prévia com a API da Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) e Whatsapp Flow é um grande diferencial. Modalidade Trabalho remoto
