Job Title:- Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist Job Location:- Sao Paulo (Hybrid)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet and exceed customer expectations. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies, including functional and integration testing, while leveraging advancements in AI to enhance testing processes. This position directly impacts product reliability, user satisfaction, and overall organizational success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed Test Planning strategies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Execute thorough Functional Testing to validate software features against specifications and business needs.
Conduct Integration Testing to ensure seamless interaction between different system components and third-party services.
Utilize AI-driven testing tools and methodologies to optimize test coverage, identify defects early, and improve testing efficiency.
Collaborate closely with development, product management, and operations teams to identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Document test cases, test results, and defect reports with clarity and precision.
Participate in review sessions to provide feedback on requirements, design, and code from a quality perspective.
Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance, particularly in AI-enhanced testing techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
Proven expertise in Test Planning, Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.
Experience working with AI technologies or AI-enhanced testing tools is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus.
Tools and Technologies:
Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Quality Center.
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, Postman, or JUnit.
Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms such as Applitools, Testim, or similar.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Comfortable working with various operating systems and environments, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
