We are looking for ServiceNow Business Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career

Responsibility:
'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, or KANBAN.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner; or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
