About the position:
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst/Senior Analyst for Free Fire who will be responsible to lead high-impact marketing campaigns and special projects with autonomy and ownership. This role combines strategic thinking with creativity in a fast-paced, project-based environment where no two days are the same. Ideal for candidates who thrive amid ambiguity, take initiative, and are eager to grow quickly by solving meaningful challenges.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning: Develop end-to-end marketing campaign plans that align with the overall marketing strategy, grounded in clear rationale and player insights, and bring new innovative ideas.
Project Management: Lead campaign execution as project manager, ensuring cross-functional coordination with local teams, global stakeholders, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI of marketing levers to inform future planning and optimize spend.
Player & Product Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the game and its community to bridge global marketing initiatives with authentic, locally relevant insights.
Special Projects: Tackle high-priority initiatives to drive innovation and improve team efficiency, often in unstructured or ambiguous problem spaces. Main job requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience or skills are also encouraged to apply;
Experience: Solid experience working with product marketing, brand management, strategic planning, management consulting, or leadership development programs. Demonstrated experience in project-based, strategic environments and case competitions is a strong plus;
Passionfor Gaming: Must be an active gamer and regular consumer of gaming-related content;
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
Specific tool skills: Proficient in Excel (e. G., pivot tables, X/VLOOKUP, basic analysis);
Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
