Role Objectives:

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic growth through effective SEO strategies, technical optimizations, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an organized, autonomous self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You’ll play a key role in our SEO efforts, participating actively in meetings, executing technical tasks, and helping drive our client’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-depth keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and backlink acquisition.

- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including optimizing robots.txt, hreflang, and meta tags.

- Manage SEO tools and platforms like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.

- Contribute to content creation and help manage SEO-related content strategies.

- Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate effectively using Slack and ClickUp.

- Monitor and report on KPIs such as responsiveness, task quality, and ROI.

- Ensure timely project completion while working remotely during USA Utah (Mountain Time) business hours

- Support and improve paid search efforts with a focus on Google Ads and Google Analytics.

- Complete tasks with high quality and within a reasonable timeframe to meet performance goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 +years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on WordPress and CMS platforms.

- Deep familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and Google products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console).

- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including robots.txt, hreflang, and metadata management.

- Proficiency in using AI tools to generate content.

- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay motivated.

- Prior experience working remotely

- Must be responsive, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

- Google Analytics certification is a plus.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with ClickUp for project management.

- Proven ability to manage digital PR, guest posting, and backlink strategies.

- Familiarity with content management and website development practices.

- Experience with CRM, CMS, and GHL platforms.
