About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Project & Program Manager to join our Application Excellence Team, supporting Business Units and P&L solutions with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes and Brazilian localization initiatives.
You will oversee end-to-end project execution, align business and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions that add real value to the organization.
Location: Contagem or Belo Horizonte (BH), Brazil
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site
Location is more important than seniority
Technical Skills
Must-Have:
Proven experience as Project & Program Manager (Agile and/or Traditional methodologies)
ERP experience (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Hybrid position
Solid background in software development and architecture, with the ability to drive technical decisions
Fundamental knowledge of: Information Security, Databases (including PL/SQL), Cloud Computing (AWS)
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to define project scope, qualify demands, and execute strategic roadmaps
Advanced English
Certifications (Nice to Have):
PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile or similar certifications
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of Procurement to Pay and/or Supply Chain processes
Background in Railroad industry/projects
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, adaptable to multiple audiences
Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking
Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
