CONTROLS ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
· Experience in control or automation engineering.
· Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, technical drawings, and device manuals.
· Experience programming Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs, as well as working with HMIs, VFDs, and industrial networks.
· Proficient in Ladder Logic or other IEC 61131 programming languages.
· Experience with Autodesk Inventor and CodeSys is a plus.
· Advanced English (verbal and written).
· Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
· Willingness to travel and support on-site projects (up to 40%).
· Must reside in the Indaiatuba region or be willing to relocate.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Review customer requirements to ensure all electrical designs comply with specifications.
· Design control panels, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) using AutoCAD Electrical.
· Program PLCs and integrate devices such as sensors, cameras, encoders, and scales.
· Provide on-site support for the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning phases.
· Assist in developing training materials and delivering technical training sessions.
· Conduct system checks to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
